The modernization of the pumping system of the mono-incineration plant resulted in:

- 60% less maintenance time (from approx. 30 to 12 hours)

- Reduced system complexity due to the elimination of hydraulic components
- Increased system availability, as there are fewer potential sources of leaks and malfunctions
Replacing the hydraulic piston pumps with the ABEL SDS piston-diaphragm pump featuring an electromechanical direct drive resulted in an overall 4.5-fold increase in the pump system’s efficiency and ensures the system’s long-term sustainability.
