The Solids Diaphragm Solution (SDS) sets new standards in efficiency, ease of maintenance and reliability. With this new ABEL solution, we are setting new standards in the conveyance of thick slurries: our specially improved piston diaphragm pump significantly outperforms conventional technologies. The combination of optimized technology and smart control/analysis methods ensures maximum efficiency, maximum operational reliability, and future-oriented process control.
This pump system, developed for pump applications with high solids content and high viscosity, offers you a number of advantages over conventional solids handling pumps – and at significantly lower operating costs.

The system’s maximum performance is achieved through the combination of AI and intelligent pump monitoring: the Smart Pump Assistant. This continuously monitors the health and efficiency of the pump, enabling predictive maintenance.

For Sludge with a high Solids Content:
Innovative Pump Technology – Efficiency meets Durability
Our technical concept specifically combines the strengths of two proven pump technologies to create a customized overall solution. The progressive cavity pump takes over the feeding in the low-pressure range and ensures gentle and efficient filling of the pump chambers of the piston diaphragm pump. The low pressure reduces wear on the progressive cavity pump to a minimum – for maximum service life and low maintenance costs.
The actual pressure increase up to the desired operating point is then carried out by the special design of the piston diaphragm pump. This works with extremely low wear and impresses with its constant performance – regardless of the pressure level.
The result: a highly efficient, durable and easy-to-maintain pump solution that is perfectly matched to the requirements.
